How do I change my Direct Debit details?

Do you have a Direct Debit mandate in place with us that you would like to change in some way? You've got a couple of options to do this.

Option 1. Contact GoCardless

Contact GoCardless on 020 7183 8674 between 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday. After going through a couple of security questions, they can update your Direct Debit Details for you.

GoCardless is our payment partner for collecting payments via Direct Debit.

Option 2. Cancel and set up a new one

  1. Email support@elementsproperty.co.uk and we'll cancel your Direct Debit.
  2. Wait for confirmation from us that it's been cancelled.
  3. Click here to set up a new Direct Debit.
When your old Direct Debit is cancelled, any outstanding payments will also be cancelled. We'll collect any outstanding payments and all future payments from the new Direct Debit.
