How do I change or cancel my Direct Debit?

Need to change something relating to your Direct Debit? Or cancel it altogether?

Change the name, email or address

Please email billing@elementsproperty.co.uk with the changes you'd like to make and we'll update everything for you.

Change the bank account

To change the bank account your Direct Debit comes out of, you'll first need to cancel the existing Direct Debit mandate. Any outstanding payments will also be cancelled; we'll collect these and all future payments from the new Direct Debit.

  1. Email billing@elementsproperty.co.uk and we'll cancel your existing Direct Debit.
  2. Wait for confirmation from us that it's been cancelled.
  3. Click here to set up a new Direct Debit.

Cancel the Direct Debit altogether

You can cancel your Direct Debit via your bank or you can email billing@elementsproperty.co.uk and we'll cancel it for you.

Setting up a new Direct Debit? We can collect any outstanding payments from the new one.

Not setting up a new Direct Debit? Outstanding amounts must be paid via bank transfer or card payment.
