How long are my files available for download?

Are you wondering how long digital files are stored for and available to download from your Elements account?

Images and floorplans

Digital files like photos and floorplans are stored in our system for 30 days before they’re automatically deleted and will no longer be available for download.

For some orders, we may keep a backup for 2 months. You can request these files via WeTransfer. Learn more >

If you require amendments on an expired order that we don’t have a backup for, you’ll need to place a new order that will be billable.

Videos

Video Slideshow orders will be available forever because they are hosted on Vimeo’s servers. The link will always be available in My orders.
