Why has my upload failed?

Trying to place an order but you see 'Upload failed' on the New order page? This bug can strike on orders of 20+ large images when uploading all in one go.

Solution

Instead of dragging in (or selecting) all the image files in one go, try uploading only half of the images, wait a few moments for them to upload, then upload the rest.

This usually solves the issue but if this doesn't work then send us the order via WeTransfer.
