When trying to upload files for an order are you seeing the 'Whoops! Something's not right' popup? Here's why...
Any files over 15mb in size?
We can't accept files over 15mb via our system. For future orders, you'll need to tweak the settings on your camera, please see...
As a quick fix for this order, send us the files via WeTransfer, we'll adjust their size and upload the order to your account on your behalf.
Invalid file type?
We can only accept these file types: JPG, TIFF, GIF, PNG, PDF, WMF.
Files in the cloud but not on your computer?
If you have a version of 'smart-sync' where all your files are in the cloud, this means they may not actually be on your computer.
You'll need to download the files from the cloud (e.g. Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive etc) onto your computer and then place the order.
