Why can’t I login?

Trying to login to your Elements account but can't? See the following issues/error messages along with what you can do.

Buttons don’t work when I click them

Please read this article for the solution.

Oops! We have no record of a user with this email

If you see this error message, please double check the email address you are entering is correct. If you want us to check the login email for your account, please contact us.

It’s possible that if you set up another account for the same branch, that these accounts have been merged and your account deactivated – we will have emailed you about this. Try using the login details for the new account you created.

If your account is old and not been active for a long period of time, it could have been deleted, in which case you will need to set up a new account.

Whoops! That’s the wrong password

If you see this error message, please double check the password you are entering is correct. To retrieve your password, click on the ‘Forgotten Password’ link underneath the big blue button on the login page. We’ll send the password to the email address used to create your account.

Uh oh! This account has been deactivated

Down Server

We host our websites on servers that have a 99.98% uptime. That’s pretty good. However, there’s always the possibility that at the exact moment you try to login, the servers could be down.

Just try refreshing the page or trying again after a few seconds and the issue should resolve itself.

The page you are trying to access is restricted due to a security rule

If you see this error message, please email support@elementsproperty.co.uk with the following details...

  • Company name and City
  • The email used to login to your account
  • The password used to access your account

This is a hosting issue. We’ll contact our hosting company to resolve the issue ASAP.

If you don’t see any of these errors and you think something else could be going on, please take a screenshot of the login screen showing any error message and email it to support@elementsproperty.co.uk. We’ll look into it and fix the issue ASAP.
