Can I add an image to an order after it has been placed?

Have you placed an Image Enhancement order but you forgot to include an image? Maybe for some technical reason an image didn’t correctly upload?

No problem! This happens sometimes.

Simply email the image(s) over to along with the order number (or property reference) in the email subject. In the email body, pop in a note - something like “Please add to order.”

We'll add the file(s) to your order and when everything is complete you'll be notified and everything will be available for download in My orders.

Please note, no files will be sent back to you via email.
